PGA National Resort
In partnership with Henderson Park and Salamander Hotels & Resorts, South Street Partners acquired PGA National Resort in early 2025. The iconic resort is situated on approximately 807 acres of irreplaceable real estate in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The hotel offers 360 keys, 99 holes of golf, 60,000 square feet of meeting space, eight food and beverage outlets, a 40,000 square foot wellness center and spa inclusive of 30 treatment rooms, four outdoor swimming pools, a 35,000 square foot fitness center, 16 tennis and 12 pickleball courts, and a members clubhouse with 1,600 members. This non-replicable golf destination is home to The Cognizant Classic, a PGA Tour event currently held at the resort’s flagship course, The Champion, designed and renovated by Tom Fazio and Jack Nicklaus, respectively.
