Acquired by South Street Partners in May of 2026, Crystal Springs Resort is comprised of two luxury hotels, Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Resort & Spa, six renowned public golf courses, including Ballyowen, continually ranked among New Jersey’s top public golf courses by Golfweek; 10 dining venues highlighted by Four-Star restaurant Latour; and a Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine cellar, recognized annually since 2006.

Resort guests and club members enjoy an extensive collection of lifestyle and wellness amenities, including two full-service spas ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in New Jersey by Spas of America, a 30,000-square-foot Minerals Sports Club, and multiple indoor and outdoor pools.
