Camp Margaritaville

BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA

South Street Partners is developing the first purpose-built Camp Margaritaville RV Resort on a 54-acre site in Brunswick, Georgia. Acquired in an off-market transaction in March 2025, the property has been advanced through pre-development and design to shovel-ready status, with the plan now calling for 340 pads — an increase from the original 270 envisioned at acquisition.

The project has secured a franchise agreement with Camp Margaritaville and a management agreement with a preferred operator in the high-end RV resort space. An experienced general contractor and project architect have been engaged, and design development is now complete, positioning the resort to move into active construction.

Camp Margaritaville RV Resort brings a laid-back, amenity-rich resort experience to the Georgia coast, combining a nationally recognized hospitality brand with an experienced development team and top-tier operating partner.
