In early 2025, South Street Partners, alongside Henderson Park and Pyramid Global Hotels, invested in the Arizona Biltmore, an iconic 705-key resort located in Phoenix, Arizona. The resort, which recently underwent a comprehensive renovation, boasts more than 200,000 square feet of meeting space, seven food and beverage outlets, as well as pools, spa, fitness, and wellness facilities. In addition to the existing hotel, which should continue to benefit from the recent renovation, the partnership is pursuing the development of approximately 155 additional keys pursuant to the existing entitlements.
